How soon will you arrive? +

Installation is standardly completed within 48 hours of offer approval; service call-outs are dispatched within 24 hours. During the season, appointments fill up quickly, so please contact us in good time.

Do you hold F-gas certification for refrigerants? +

Yes. We operate in accordance with Act No. 89/2017 Coll. (F-gases), and only certified technicians may handle refrigerants. We provide a warranty on installation.

Do you also install in apartment blocks? +

As usual. We handle wall penetrations, routing of lines along the façade and through interiors, and coordination with the building's owners' association or housing cooperative. Most installations are completed without any disruption that would bother neighbours.

Can air conditioning also be used for heating? +

Yes. Modern units function as air-to-air heat pumps and can provide cost-effective supplementary heating during the transitional period and in winter. We are happy to advise on selection.

Do you also service units that you did not install yourself? +

We provide servicing. We clean, check for leaks, top up refrigerant and repair equipment from other companies too.
